Stress and ways to combat it


In today's world of global tension, stress and nervousness, sadness, depression, fear and anxiety, grief and simply will not leave us. Concern over the problem that millions of people suffer but it concerns (stress) is always devastating! In fact, sometimes it is better to be feared. In a word, we can say that the stress response is essential, but over time can be devastating. Stress, common side effects in the world, and is the root of most mental and physical illnesses.

In a word, stress is a powerful force that can cause a lot of good and bad .



Scientifically , stress is an imbalance between demands and resources in our lives that we have to satisfy them . In fact, stress is an event . It's an involuntary response to the threat of our first days of life there is .


When we talk of stress , they often describe a set of symptoms that may vary from person to person . Heart disease , peptic ulcers , feeling of constant exhaustion , memory loss , neck cramps , depression, headaches, and some general signs of stress. Obesity is caused by chronic stress in many people , which in turn reduces the lifespan . Even life-threatening illnesses such as cancer are associated with stress .
